Bubbly, budding country music singer Kaley Caperton to headline fundraiser for Waco Civic Theatre

More than anything, Kaley Caperton wants to be on stage singing. The 16-year-old China Spring High School sophomore says five years from now, she sees herself on tour with the likes of Grammy-winning country singer Brad Paisley. And, she's well on her way with the release of her latest CD, Bittersweet, this month.

Kaley credits much of her singing and songwriting talent to the acting and theater training she's received over the years at the Waco Civic Theatre. That's why she's throwing a Bittersweet CD release party on Saturday, May 30 — all the proceeds going to the Waco Civic Theatre. continue...
